3D Cannon in Substance Painter
First I took the original lo-poly model and re-topologized it using quad draw. My model was quite deformed compared to the original, so I needed to fix the geometry to preserve the organic sculpt.
Then I fixed the UVs and exported it as an OBJ file into Substance Painter as the lo-poly game resolution model.
In Substance Painter I baked the hi-res z-brush sculpted model onto the lo-poly re-topologized model.
Then I played around with various brushes and material settings to get the final look.
