Distressed Cannon Hi-Resolution Decimated Z-Brush
First we took the lo-poly model from last week and beveled it until it held its shape in smooth mesh preview. Then we UVed and exported it as an OBJ into Zbrush.
In Zbrush we sculpted and added distress to the cannon until it "tells a story" through wear and tear. My cannon concept is a plastic toy cannon that has been melted.
Then we decimated and exported the model from Zbrush into maya. Below is the comparison between the hi-res and distressed cannons.
